  • What is YourShoot.com? ...YourShoot.com is a web solution developed specially for the professional event photographer, allowing them to proof and sell their event photographs online! For more details please go to the Our Services page.
  • Who is YourShoot.com? ...YourShoot.com is a service provided by Imagecare Technical Servcies Ltd. Imagecare have been providing technical products and services for photographers (and other customers) for nearly 10 years. We have a great deal of experience in web design and developing solutions specifically for photographers - we've proven to our customers that we offer great services and support and that we're here to stay!
  • How long does it take to sign up? ...Only a few minutes - all you need to do is fill in the online form. We'll then email you back within 24 hours with your new account details and you can then get started!
  • I already have a website, can I get my customers to login and view their photos directly through my site? ...Yes, just let us know and we can send you an HTML form via email to put on your website - this way customers can enter their login codes and passwords on your site and be transferred directly to their own galleries.
  • Can I customise the look of my gallery pages? ...Yes, we can upload your company logo onto your gallery pages and customise the watermark over your images. Alternatively one of our web designers will completely customise your website. Both for a small one-off fee. Please contact us if you would like these features.
  • I don't have a photo lab and don't know where to get my photos processed and printed, can you help? ...Yes, we can link you up with a Pro Lab if this is required. We know several well-established labs that understand the YourShoot.com ordering process and will be happy to process and print your orders. Please contact us if you require help with this.
  • How does the lab print the orders I get through YourShoot.com? ...They will be automatically emailed a purchase order with details of the products and images chosen. You should send your lab a copy of all your images under each login code (e.g. on CD). These should all have the same file names as the ones uploaded and you should ensure that the login code and your account number are on each set of images sent to the lab. Your lab should then print and deliver your orders to the customer. It is important that your lab understands, and is happy with, the YourShoot.com ordering process.
  • Can I offer my own products and prices? ...Yes, our unique YourShoot.com Control Panel allows you to personalise you account by selecting the products, prices and discounts that you wish to offer (just make sure you / your lab can supply the products you offer). This control panel has many more great features so that you can take full control of your YourShoot.com account!
  • How do I put my photos online? ...It's easy, just go to 'Upload Photos' on your personalised control panel, assign a login code and password for a group of photos from a shoot, select the files you wish to upload and press 'send'! Your photos will be uploaded, resized and watermarked automatically in seconds, ready for your customers to view and buy online! Please read the YourShoot.com User Manual for more important information on this process.
  • Why won't it let me use the login code and password I want? ...This may happen if the login code and password you choose are too simple or generic. To avoid this problem, we recommend that you put your unique customer reference number as a prefix on all your login codes or ensure that the login code and password is available before given out to a customer. Please read the YourShoot.com User Manual for more information or contact us.
  • What happens if I don't understand how to setup and maintain my account? ...Don't worry! We've made the control panel as user-friendly as possible. Once you've opened an account, we'll send you an email with your account information, as well as a link so that you can download the YourShoot.com User Manual. This should explain everything you need to know, but if not, either email support@yourshoot.com or phone 0845 838 2141!
  • Can I change the password I've been given? ...Yes, email support@yourshoot.com stating your account number, your old password and the new password you wish to have and we'll change it for you.
  • Who processes my customer's credit / debit card details and do you have access to this information? ...No we don't, all payments are processed by a company called Protx. We do not have access to or store any credit / debit card details. All of Protx's transactions are over 128bit encrypted connections and offer maximum security, secured by VeriSign.   • Can I read your Terms and Conditions before I go to the account setup pages? ...Yes, you can view both the photographer's and their customer's terms and conditions here.
  • I have other questions which haven't been answered here - how can I get these answered? ...Please contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions / queries.
